School is Back in Session and so are the Germs!
Here are everyday preventative tips to keep your child healthy during the cold and flu season.
- Instruct your children to cough or sneeze into their sleeve or elbow, not their hands.
- Teach your children to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Make it a counting game so it will be fun for them!
- Give your children an alcohol-based hand rub to carry with them.
